Project TOPICs:

The specific objective of the project was to train 26 youth workers active members of partner organizations, to improve themselves and developing key competences and skills on supporting unemployed or looking for a job youngsters, with a peculiar attention to NEETs and youngsters with economical problems, through the participation at a 8 days training course.

TARGET GROUPs:

The training course addressed to youth workers is based on non-formal learning and will be a good opportunity for them to develop their EN competencies as well.

The aim was to make the youth workers experience personally the activities, evaluate them and then disseminate and implement them at a local level with the target group mentioned above.
