| Aktion: Gemeinsame Fortbildungsveranstaltung für das Personal Wo: Skopje, North Macedonia Wann: 20/11 – 26/11 2023 Thema: Integra “FosterING migrants’ integration with crowdfunding” aims to promote social inclusion and improve outreach to youth with fewer opportunities, including those with a migrant background. Through educational means, the project seeks to provide young educators, volunteers, and first-generation migrants with the necessary competencies to overcome social inclusion barriers. The main target group consists of young educators and volunteers working in non-formal education organizations, while the secondary target group comprises first-generation migrants with critical backgrounds who demonstrate an interest in social entrepreneurship and crowdfunding skills. ANSATZ / METHODIK: Nicht-formale Bildung. Wer kann sich bewerben? We are looking for 3 Youth Workers from Germany. Was wird getan? During the training days, participants will increase their understanding of the different types of crowdfunding as well as of the different areas in which crowdfunding can be applied (marketing, market research, community outreach, and press activities) and of the different phases of crowdfunding (pre-campaigning, campaigning, post-campaigning). The Joint Staff Training Event will cover the following topics: crowdfunding, social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial skills development, labor market, and business tools.
