| Aktion: Intensive Ambassador Training Wo: Brussels, Belgium Wann: 12-13th December 2024 (travel days 11.12 in the morning and 14.12) Thema: The “SchoolYards4Sport” project aims to stimulate local partnerships between grassroots sports organisations and schools in order to regenerate, take care, and co-govern the schoolyards. ANSATZ / METHODIK: Nicht-formale Bildung. Wer kann sich bewerben? We are looking for 3 ambassadors who are representatives of municipalities and public bodies. About the mobility: The goal of the meeting is to facilitate a productive exchange of best practices and ideas among municipalities, sports organisations and other actors at a European level. How to make the best use of school sports spaces and facilities? How to care for, regenerate, and co-manage these spaces to turn them into renewed and vibrant social spaces, available to the community, coordinating their use with sports organizations? The meeting includes training on how to promote and implement the project at a local level as well as to raise awareness about the benefits of revitalized schoolyards within the community, with the final aim of designing and implementing practical and agile guidelines to coordinate the needs of schools, municipalities, and sports organizations.
