Across the European Union, migrant women continue to face structural barriers to integration, particularly in the labour market and public life. These women frequently encounter intersectional barriers to integration &#8211; including lack of access to childcare, language instruction, formal employment pathways, and support networks &#8211; that must be addressed. U Circle aims, through outreach, mentoring, and participation in thematic workshops, to help women gain confidence and independence in navigating public services, legal systems, and in accessing childcare. The family-centred approach is designed to address labour market participation barriers, enabling women to balance their duties as assigned caregivers with training, employment, and active engagement.
