| Action: Youth Exchange Where: Sofia, Bulgaria When: 07/09 – 10/09 2023 (travel days: the morning of the 07.09 – 11.09) Topic: EntrepreNEETs is a Small-Scale Partnership in the field of youth that aims at empowering young female NEETs by providing them with entrepreneurial skills in the fields of social entrepreneurship, intercultural communication, project management, and digital and ICT skills. Approach/methodology: Non-formal education. Who can apply: We are looking for 5 youth female leaders 18-25 years old from Germany. What will be done: During the training days, participants of the EntrepreNEETs program will engage in a comprehensive learning experience. They will acquire entrepreneurial skills through interactive workshops, practical exercises, and case studies focused on social entrepreneurship. Participants will also develop their intercultural communication abilities through group discussions and cross-cultural activities. Additionally, they will gain hands-on experience in project management by working on real-life projects, from planning to implementation. Finally, participants will receive training on digital and ICT skills, enabling them to leverage technology for their entrepreneurial endeavors. Infopack: downloadable PDF version here.
