| Action: Training Course Where: Braga, Portugal When: 30/01 – 01/02 2024 Topic: My Professional ID project aims at developing training resources and tools for the acquisition of linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies, as well as up-skilling adult educators with linguistic, digital and professional identity building competences. The idea behind the project is the creation of educational modules focused on language competencies, digital skills and professional identity, in order to enable adult educators to provide an optimal educational offer to the adult learners they work with, supporting them in building their professional profile, and the transition from education to entering the labour market. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY: Non-formal education. Who can apply: We are looking for 5 adult educators based in Berlin. What will be done: During the training course, participants will engage in a variety of activities to enhance their understanding and application of the project’s focus areas. They will explore different linguistic competencies, such as effective communication and language acquisition techniques, through interactive workshops and discussions. Additionally, participants will receive hands-on training in digital skills, including utilizing digital tools and platforms for educational purposes. The course will also provide guidance on fostering professional identity building competencies, enabling participants to support adult learners in developing their professional profiles and successfully transitioning into the workforce.
