| Action: Joint Staff Training Course Where: Spoleto, Italy When: 26/02 – 01/03 2024 (travel days: 25th of February or the morning of the 26th – the afternoon of March the 1st or the 2nd) Topic: The project wants to address the European priorities on digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity and adapting vocational education and training to labour market needs. By supporting the digital transformation of the VET sector, it increases the capacity and readiness of VET providers to widen their educational offer. The project is focused on Cloud Computing teaching, developing online pedagogical content and further expertise in the use of ICT skills for VET providers that will be replicated to VET learners. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY: Non-formal education. Who can apply: We are looking for 6 participants based in Berlin, with experience or interest in the ICT sector. What will be done: The training course will provide VET providers and VET learners specific knowledge and skills related to the ICT sector and cloud computing, making them acquire specific knowledge and skills related to the cloud computing sector. VET providers will gain further competences and knowledge to match their learning with the current labour market need, through the Joint Staff they will be trained with tailored educational tools that provides deeper insights for their training offer. This will result in the acquisition of hard skills determining results in terms of transferable skills to the VET learners, with proper competences related to relevant necessary skills for the ICT labour market sector.
