With a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s in Leadership and Management, Ivett has a strong academic foundation and a wealth of practical experience. She has a backround working in HR and recruitment consulting.

Ivett has been an active volunteer through the years; coordinating projects with ESN and participating in international volunteer programs via AIESEC. In her home country, she has actively participated in an organization focused on social inclusion, working with underprivileged children.

Her primary focus areas are centered on the inclusion of disabled individuals in the labor market and the development of underprivileged groups, reflecting her dedication to creating a more equitable and inclusive society.
