ENFEA

The project aims to enhance NFE skills for staff to train unemployed adults in financial literacy and management. Long-term unemployment among older adults is a major issue, with many struggling to find work and lacking training opportunities. Financial literacy remains low, limiting informed decision-making. Teaching financial skills can help unemployed adults optimize spending, build savings and reduce anxiety, improving stability and career prospects.
