MENTORS is a 30-month cooperation project aimed at expanding the role of referees in children’s education. The project focuses on building new collaboration models with parents and sports coaches to foster children’s growth in alignment with key sports values. Sports offer children many benefits, including physical fitness, social skills, teamwork, and character development. Through sports, children learn essential values like respect, fairness, perseverance, and responsibility. These values nurture self-discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship, positively impacting their lives on and off the field.
