SUSTAIN-UP focuses on sustainability education, non-formal education (NFE), adult learning and international networking. It develops staff skills through training and job-shadowing in innovative NFE methodologies, interactive learning, facilitation, digital tools and strategic partnership building. The project will strengthen Easysustainability’s capacity to design engaging sustainability programmes for adults, expand international collaboration and develop new projects and educational opportunities.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

• To improve the skills of Easysustainability staff in the use of non-formal education methodologiesto develop educational and effective programmes in the field of sustainability.
• To enhance the skills of Easysustainability staff in creating and managing collaborative networks, to promote sustainability and education initiatives and share best practices in the field.

TARGET GROUPS

• 7 days Job Shadowing in Germany for 3 participants.
