The objectives of the “My Professional ID” project are: Developing training resources and tools for the acquisition of linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies. Plus, the up-skilling of adult educators in terms of linguistic and digital competencies, to foster adults’ professional identity building.

ABSTRACT:
The aim of the project is to improve the competences of educators and other adult education staff. The objectives of the project are closely linked to the chosen priority. The creation of educational modules focusing on language competencies, digital skills and professional identity building and related training of adult educators will enable to provide an optimal educational offer to the adult learners they work with, support them in building their professional profile, so supporting their transition from education to entering the labour market but also to better approach different sub-categories of the adult learners both at the national and international levels in terms of communication and teaching.
