HUMANITY – Cooperation partnerships in youth

It is an Erasmus+ project aimed young people willing to participate actively in civil society and political life at local, national,and European scales. 6 international partners from Czech Republic, Lithuania, Germany, Bulgaria and Turkey work together to realise this project.

Project Topics:

The project will develop key competences for the improvement of physical and mental health. Well-being Quality and innovation of youth work is one central aim of the project in general.

Objectives:

  • To support educators, youth workers, educational leaders, and support staff’ in developing social and emotional competences through training to successfully foster Emotional intelligence competencies in young people;
  • To provide young people with personal development skills that will contribute to their good psychologic health and wellbeing and help reduce youth anxiety and/or depressive disorder; • To provide educators, youth workers, educational leaders and support staff with knowledge regarding Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP)
  • Youth workers’ developed or improved EI competencies after the completion of the online modules;

Intellectual Outcomes

  • 1 set of self- paced online Interactive Modules for educators and youth workers that are designed to facilitate the development of self-control, emotional awareness, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • 1 comprehensive curriculum to promote the inclusion, social cohesion, learning and wellbeing of youth (ages 15-24);
  • 1 e-learning course for educators, youth workers, educational leaders, and support staff on how to implement the curriculum for student
