
INTEGRA – “FosterINg migranTs intEGRAtion with crowdfunding”
The members of the consortium are aware of the needs of target group, such as young migrants aged 20-30 with critical backgrounds. The partners acknowledged the lack of competences for the educators to transfer knowledge about the way to respond to the labor market needs. Aim of the project is to provide the target groups with the necessary skills and competences to fill their respective gaps, improving the educators’ skills in transferring particular competences through NFE methodologies.

PROJECT’S OBJECTIVES
- To increase competences and to improve skills with acquisition of knowledge related to the analysis of the market needs, tools to enter the labor market and a concrete methodology to fund social ideas, as crowd-funding.
- To improve competences in transferring knowledge through Non-Formal-Education methods, using for instance digital and interactive tools.
(These two objectives are related to the selected horizontal priority because through an up-skilling in the educational personnel, it is possible to develop strictly addressed contents that will facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the disadvantaged people, providing them with the necessary means to foster social inclusion. Moreover, OB01 and OB02 are linked with the selected vertical priority, because it will foster the creation of specific educational tools that provide the educators to deepen their knowledge on specific issues, as the tools to initiate social entrepreneurship)

Expected Results E-LEARNING PLATFORM
The e-learning platform will be gradually developed with the contents that have emerged from the comparative research, and in particular from the digitalized manual, containing a sum of good practices. HYPEX and QC, in charge to develop the platform, together with the other members of the partnership, will define the core elements that it should contain.
A design of the platform backbones and modules is necessary to verify them during the training activities. The platform will provide detailed training, linked to each thematic, helping the users to complete the level and acquire new competencies.
A2. Design of the Online Board Game Virtual activity

Expected Results ONLINE BOARDGAME
The leading organizations, HYPEX and NICEA, in the development of the game, will design a first draft of the
Online Board Game. It will be divided into different levels of difficulty. The users of the game have to pass the former level to pass to the next. When the score is not valid, the users can profit from the contents of the learning platform to deepen particular topics.
A3. Beta Test of Digital Tools Virtual activity

Expected Results FINALIZATION OF THE ELEARNING PLATFORM AND OF THE ONLINE BOARDGAME
The partners will test the scripts of the newly designed digital tools at local level. During the local training
conferences, a beta test of the produced digital tools will be held using as testers the partners’ trainers, young educators who took part at the JTSE and the participants of the second target group. It is necessary to measure the effectiveness of the contents and of the structure of the digitalized online board game and of the e-learning platform. In fact, Members of the target groups will be invited by each Partner to test the prototype of the board game in order to collect ideas, observations and suggestions to improve the design of the board game

A1. Off-line Dissemination Activities Virtual Activity

Expected Results PUBLICATION OF THE PROJECT’S RESULTS
It will take place all along the project’s implementation. The first disseminating result will be the production of a logo of the project. The partners will then publish it on their web-sites and on the pages of their social media channels, including publishing it on the new Facebook page that has been created. The dissemination of results will consist in the publication of the news concerning the project. Every development, output or information about the project’s implementation will be published on the website of each participating organizations. The partner that is in charge of taking care of the dissemination activities will add the developed digital tools in the web platform. The digital manual, the e-learning platform with its contents and the online board-game, will be accessible by all those participating in the project, and by whoever is interested in the INTEGRA’ results.

Expected Results IMPROVEMENT OF AWARENESS AT LOCAL LEVEL
It will take place in the final months of the project. Members of the consortium will realize a multiplier dissemination event in their own countries. It will be a two-day conference where the partners will invite local stakeholders to participate. The meeting will be organized as a game-based event. The two days will be organized as follow:
Day 1:
1) Presentation of the project and of the Consortium.
2) Introduction to the activities implemented and the results developed.
3) Presentation of the results of national/Consortium research on disadvantaged young migrants’ needs and educational offers in ETS.
4) Presentation by participants in the Joint Staff.
5) Local Workshop about the methodologies used.
DAY 2
1) Presentation of the “INTEGRA Training Course Format” and of the Join Staff Mobility.
