RINMSASFT – Re(IN)novating Marketing Strategy Across Semi-professional Female Teams
The projects aims at strengthening managers of semi-professional female sport teams through an up-skill process related to marketing, communication and visibility strategies.
Sport managers, the involved mentors and stakeholders, involved in the project at national or European level, project team, members of the partner’s organisations, local and national media.
APPROACH / METHODOLOGY
Project Methodology is composed of 7 distinct and interconnected Work Packages (Project Management, Research and Surveying, Production of Training Format and Technical Curriculum, organisation and Implementation of Format Piloting TC, Creation of the Web Platform, Dissemination and Visibility, Project Monitoring and Evaluation) making up a coherent and mutually-supporting flow of activities.
