He is an intercultural trainer and he has a bachelor in mechanical engineering and maintained a 5 years experience in the NFE field with different NGOs in multiple countries in the EU, cooperated in AIESEC Egypt and worked as a National global citizen manager in AIESEC Ukraine (Responsible of preparations for the interns going abroad from Ukraine and coaching individuals of Global Community Development Program), Trainer and facilitator working with NGO Nest Berlin around Europe. He assists the team of proposal writers enhancing his skills through putting his skills to practice through many projects involvement.

Mahmoud is also a Salto Certified Trainer completed successful trainings in multiple topics such as Sports and social Entrepreneurship, Rural and agriculture Entrepreneurship, Peace Building, Erasmus proposal writing and project management and Urban Inclusiveness. Plus attending and facilitating many of project on the base of Key action 1 and 2.
