Mr. Barthel is an intercultural coach, project manager and researcher. He coordinates Erasmus Plus Strategic Partnerships and assists to develop evaluation

grids on intergenerational education and digital literacy. During the project he will consult the project management team with his vast experience and knowledge on the Erasmus Program and provide tools for project management, intercultural communication.

His activities include research, consulting, training, social integration, citizen participation, participative learning & planning, evaluation of projects. Dr. Barthel uses storytelling as a powerful tool enable multi-background teams and co-design.

He’s Berliner and he speaks fluent German and English.
