TARGET GROUPs
The ultimate target group within the reach of NGO NEST BERLIN activities (Adult migrant NEETs) will be the ultimate beneficiaries of project activities through the professional development acquired by the organization and its regular staff.

PROJECT’S OBJECTIVES
Project objectives / is supportive of the identified priorities as follows:

a) Developing staff (Trainers) competences and organizational capacities in the use of Blended Learning as an instrument of enhancing the involvement in education and effectiveness of learning with the specific target audience of Adult learners with migrant and NEET background, who would like to be integrated in the labour market.
b) Developing staff (Trainers) competences and organizational capacities in using Digital Storytelling as a tool for fostering social inclusion as well as employability empowerment with the specific target audience of Adult learners with migrant and NEET background, who would like to be integrated in the labour market as well as in the local community. c) Developing staff (Social Media) competences and organizational capacities in using new methods of communication specially on social media to share the experience of the internal staff facilitating the positive multiplier factors among an audience of Adult learners with migrant and NEET background.
